Paulo Dybala admits he would love to play alongside Paul Pogba again.
Manchester United midfielder Pogba was teammates with Dybala during the 2015-16 season at Juventus before the French midfielder moved back to England at the end of the campaign.
The Argentine forward struck up a close friendship with Pogba during the pair’s time together in Turin, and Dybala has often spoken of his desire to reunited at club level in years to come.
Dybala scored the only goal of the game as Juvetnus secured victory at Old Trafford in October of last year, a performance which further established his reputation among United fans.
And his standing with United fans is set to increase again after he admitted he would love to play alongside Pogba again.
“I’d always like to play with someone of his level,” Dybala told Telefoot.
“As for myself, I have changed my style of play recently and learned so much by working with great champions.
“It’s quite a mature and experienced squad in Turin, but that really helps a young player like me, because you learn and absorb their mentality.”
However, speaking in November of last year Dybala shot down any suggestion of joining Pogba at United, by committing his future to Juventus.
“I’m not thinking about the transfer market,” he told The Mirror. “Right now I’m really happy at Juventus and the focus is simply winning all the titles here.”
