Former Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh, has singled out Nicolas Pepe as the most improved player under Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta.
Pepe opened scoring within 10 minutes, as the Gunners went on to defeat Manchester United on New Year’s Day.
The Ivorian winger was also involved in the second goal smashed in by Sokratis.
Oliseh, writing on Twitter, hailed Arteta’s impact since replacing Unai Emery at the Emirates.
“Impressed by the tactical, technical and organised manner Arsenal went about their match today against Manchester United,” Oliseh tweeted.
“Victory well deserved in my opinion and kudos to coach Arteta! His signature was all over his team. Especially on Nicolas Pepe.”
