More Trouble looms for NAM1 as Menzgold England faces possible closure


The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah aka NAM1 was on Tuesday 9th April 2019 won his court case in Dubai.

But it seems after he was pronounced not guilty by the Dubai court there has been trouble after trouble for the embattled boss of the failed gold dealership firm.

The Registrar of Companies in the United Kingdom has served notice of a possible closure of the England branch of Menzgold.

 “unless cause is shown to the contrary, at the expiration of 2 months from the above date [12/02/19] the name of Menzgold England Limited will be struck off the register and the company will be dissolved.”  The Registrar said in the notice.

According to the Registrar, all property and rights in or held in trust for the company will be taken over by the English crown.

Menzgold England is the UK subsidiary of the gold dealership firm owned by Nana Appiah Mensah aka NAM1.

Although NAM has been acquitted and discharged of fraud charges by a Dubai court on April 9,2019 he is still a wanted man in Ghana.

The embattled CEO of Menzgold has been under Dubai custody since November 2018 over a gold deal that went bad.
