You might be wanting to travel for summer but you don’t have enough cash to travel to either the United States or Paris, but there are some remarkable places that can visit in Africa that will blow your mind.
We have outlined five places that you can visit in Africa.
(1) Victoria Falls in Zambia and Zimbabwe:
The locals call it “Mosi-oa-Tunya”, which literally translates to the “smoke that thunders” and the sheer size and power of Victoria Falls are what makes these waterfalls a “must-see”.
(2) Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania:
It was created when a volcano at the same location exploded 3 million years ago and caused the land to collapse 600 meters. Now, the 260 square kilometres of plains is conservation and sanctuary for over 25,000 wild safari animals.
(3) Okavango Delta in Botswana:
This is one of the world’s largest inland deltas and is called Africa’s last Eden by many. The delta is the natural life force of all the wildlife in the region, thus creating a massive oasis to explore.
(4) Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania:
This mount rises 5,895 meters high and is Africa’s highest peak. The area is more attractive because of the fact that it is home to some of Africa’s best wildlife parks and reserves.
(5) Sahara Dunes in Morocco:
The Sahara is mostly callous due to its unfriendly climate and frequent sand storms but you can try to take a camel safari into the dunes, camp out for the night, and let the local Saharawi men entertain you with drums and singing around the campfire while gazing at the stars.
