Cardiff City striker, Emiliano Sala’s funeral date and the venue have been announced.
Sala died from massive injuries to his head and chest.
The plane, which was carrying the 28-year-old Argentine footballer and pilot, David Ibbotson, 59, went missing from the radar near Guernsey last month.
According to Daily Mail, Sala’s funeral will take place in Progreso, in the Argentine province of Santa Fe on Saturday.
The report also claimed that Cardiff’s chief executive, Ken Choo and the club’s manager, Neil Warnock will also attend the funeral.
Sala had signed for Cardiff in a club-record £15 million from Nantes but died when the private plane carrying him crashed in the English Channel near Alderney on January 21.
