Dybala sends strong message to Barcelona captain, Lionel Messi

Juventus star, Paulo Dybala, has urged Barcelona captain, Lionel Messi to return to the national team.

Dybala stated this ahead of Argentina’s international friendly clash with Mexico on Wednesday.

Messi has not played for Argentina since the 2018 World Cup in Russia, and it is not clear when or if the 31-year-old will play for his country again.

Dybala, however, wants Messi back in action for the national team, adding that it’s up to him to decide what he wants to do.

“We all want Messi back in the national team,” Football Italia quoted Dybala as saying.

“We all know the importance of Leo for us, but it’s up to him.

“We are a group made up of many young players and we need the support of the people.”
