In a latest data from the Independent and National Electoral Commission(INEC), it was recorded that at least 13.5 million Nigerians voted manually in the 2015 presidential election.
According to analysis of the data, 75 percent of votes cast without PVC were in states won by President Muhammadu Buhari, then candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The data, obtained by DeepDive Intelligence, also shows that Buhari won in nine of the 10 most-affected states.
The 2015 Nigeria presidential election was contested basically by President Buhari and fromer President, Goodluck Jonathan.
