The Youth Business Network (YBN) Foundation in collaboration with Walkers Club Ghana is organizing an Independence fitness walk dubbed; The FitPreneurs Walk, scheduled for Saturdays, 10th March.
The Independence Edition of this Walk (the Fit Entrepreneurs Walk) is aimed at encouraging entrepreneurs and the youth at large to exercise and to stay fit for maximum productions during Ghana’s 61st Independence anniversary and beyond.
The audience will converge at the Accra Sports Stadium at 6.30am, and walk through Osu, Oxford Street, through to La Road, and back to the Accra Sports Stadium for Aerobics, Health Talk and Refreshments.
YBN is a non-profit organization championing the welfare of youth entrepreneurs, imbibing entrepreneurship in the youth through capacity building, showcasing of success stories, and advocating for the development and implementation of youth-related policies in the country, while creating the platform for the like-minded youth to Network, Learn and Share experiences and ideas.
The Walk will be led by celebrated Ghanaian footballers; Stephen Appiah and AwuduIssaka, together with the renowned sports Journalist; Yaw AmpofoAnkrah who is celebrating 20 years of media works.
The aerobics session will be led by Ghana’s number one fitness coach; Leonard Akoto, popularly known as Mr. Fitness, and will be supported by the Lady champion Leah Brown.
The Walk which is expected to end at 9am is open to the general public, with a call on all to join this exciting event to stay fit whiles networking strategically to help grow our dear Ghana beyond Aid.
